Catherine Fagan presenting at the Lawyers Without Borders Annual Forum

On November 22nd, Catherine Fagan spoke at the Lawyers Without Borders Canada Annual Forum in Quebec City. She presented on the duty to consult and accommodate, and the implications for Canada’s Indigenous peoples and on Canada’s constitutional framework of the right to free, prior and informed consent set out in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
