Kathryn Deo and Dr. Tim Raybould delivered a presentation on “The Future of the FMA and Self-Government” at the First Nations Leading the Way conference on October 9, 2025 in Markham, ON. The presentation focuses on the need for self-governments to have access to the tax powers under the First Nations Fiscal Management Act.
