Summer Student

Naomi is a second-year student at the University of Ottawa Common Law program, located on unceded Algonquin territory. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Governance from St. Francis Xavier University. During her Master’s degree, Naomi completed her Major Research Paper investigating the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program through the lens of Agroecological Feminism. She also completed two co-op terms with the Government of Canada, working alongside Agricultural Agrifood and Indigenous Services Canada in the Emergency Management Directorate.
Outside of academics, Naomi enjoys spending time outside, whether gardening, hiking, or camping.
